Dynamics of anti-crisis legal regulation: methodological potential of social theories

The article considers the possibilities of applying the methodology of social theories (in particular, the theories of transformation, the approaches of S. Walby and E. Shils) in the study of changes in legal regulation. The authors propose a test to assess the transformative potential of the crisis for the legal system: how much a particular crisis can affect the established legal values; what is the nature and duration of measures to respond to a crisis situation; what is the public reaction to the introduction of such measures; does the legal system come to an equilibrium state after the crisis?

Special attention is paid to the defense of dissertations and personal relations in jurisprudence.
