The legal status of the pedagogical concept of «mark» in the educational process

The article makes the first attempt at theoretical and legal understanding of the pedagogical concept of “mark”. The author systematizes the Russian educational legislation regulating relations in the field of a marking system for assessing students’ academic performance. Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts, recommendations are made to improve the regulatory regulation of relations related to evaluation activities.

The multiplicity and disunity of documents by departmental affiliation, level of application and regulation of various aspects of parental education as a process and system are revealed, which complicates the effective work of specialists. The need to develop a comprehensive document defining all aspects of parental education is substantiated.

A classification of pedagogical technologies for teaching teachers according to occupational safety programs is proposed.
