Аннотация / Annotation:
The purpose of this article is a comprehensive study of the content of the concept of civil society, through the formation of a collective integrative approach that takes into account the idea of this phenomenon that has developed among representatives of most areas of scientific knowledge, in which it is positioned as one of the subjects of study. This approach will allow us to synthesize the perspective features of all existing views on this phenomenon, using as a fundamental basis the legal-theoretical approach, as most appropriate to the nature and essence of this concept.

The article analyzes the main components of the foreign-language written communicative competence and considers the process of forming and developing the skills of future lawyers in various types of communicative writing. Special attention is paid to the skills of the spelling, lexical-grammatical and syntactic design of written texts in accordance with the standards of the English literary language. The author provides some examples of language and speech exercises that contribute to developing those skills.

It is also proposed to supplement the thesis and the abstract with such structural elements as “Compliance of the thesis with the main directions of scientific support of the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation” and “Research area of the passport of the scientific specialty”.

The placement of children is one of the priorities of the state. Rejection of foster children is most often associated with a lack of resources of the substitute family. The resource-based approach makes it possible to reveal the hidden opportunities of the family, to overcome the crisis of relations in the substitute family. The article analyzes the types of support for a substitute family and the specifics of using the resource approach. Identifying and reallocating resources will allow the substitute family to survive the relationship crisis.
