The article reveals the author’s vision of the problem of the lack of legal knowledge among the heads of general education organizations, provides an overview of scientific interpretations of the problem of the essence of the organization of legal training in the framework of managerial activities, and presents a model of such training at the basic level. The structural elements of the model have been significantly updated.

The article presents the results of the analysis of publications devoted to the problems of reforming higher technical education over the past two decades. The main discussion issues are identified, various approaches to assessing the reforms implemented during this period and developing a strategy for further development of engineering training are identified. Attention is focused on the conclusions of most of the authors about the current crisis situation in the field of higher education in general, higher technical education in particular. The obtained results of the reform do not allow us to speak about the achievement of the goals set earlier in the government documents.

Problems of an economic nature have exacerbated the risks of an insolvency situation and an increase in bankruptcies, which actualizes the tasks of training specialists in the field of arbitration management. The article deals with problems from legislative regulation to the training of arbitration managers. The novelties of the legislation on the training of arbitration managers were taken into account and comprehended, recommendations were developed for including the anti-crisis management unit in the training programs and expanding the participation of self-regulating organizations of arbitration managers in their formation.

The issue of correcting the physical training of future policemen is relevant due to the increase in the number of victims among police officers while performing their official duties. The authors see the improvement of the physical training of cadets, taking into account the current conditions of the upcoming professional activity, in supplementing the training program with applied means from basic sports implemented in the conditions of modeling extreme situations that arise when encountering criminals.
