The presented article reveals the most pressing issues of legal education. The main purpose of the article is to study the existing problems in the implementation of legal education. This scientific work is written on the basis of the existing research of the authors, whose scientific interests are reduced to the study of the system of legal education. The presented conclusions reveal the main directions for improving legal education and identifying the main problems in this area.

Digital technologies in higher education as a factor in the development of the digital economy

The article is devoted to digital technologies in higher education. The author refers to the disadvantages of digitalization: “digital fog”, excess digitalization, digital bureaucracy, failure, hang-up, falling discipline on the part of students, low effectiveness of interactive forms of education. The advantages are: efficiency, the one-time nature of the process, the possibility of implementing the education process in non-standard conditions, the use of modern technical solutions, taking into account the peculiarities of modern youth, the Internet.

The article presents the relevance of studying the problem of the formation of superfessional competencies of teachers of secondary vocational education organizations in the continuing education system, and an analysis of the regulatory framework of the research problem is presented. Based on the analysis of regulatory documents, five generalized groups of competencies that are part of the superfessional competence (social communication skills, self -organization skills, critical thinking skills, digital skills, managerial skills) were identified.
