The article presents the results of theoretical analysis and generalization of the experience of organizing pedagogical practice of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia from the position of implementing individual educational trajectories of adjuncts. The author’s vision of the designated mechanisms presented in the article allows organizing the pedagogical practice of adjuncts taking into account their educational interests and needs, experience of service and teaching activities, as well as the subject field of scientific research.

The diffusion of information technology in education: the Word-VS-Excel dilemma

The main methodological conclusion of this article is that in the dilemma Word-vs-Excel, Excel loses in situations needing large tables (that is, with more than 10 rows) with a lot of text and simple calculations. In other words, today Word lags behind Excel on the computing side less than Excel lags behind Word on the text processing side. The dilemma posed is resolved, using a current example of a student writing a bachelor’s thesis in Economics.

The article examines the problems of legal regulation of issues related to migration policy in Russian law, with the aim of its further improvement. The authors come to the conclusion that domestic migration policy requires reliance on a single codified regulatory legal act and an authorized federal executive body, and should also focus on a significant intensification of activities for the adaptation and integration of migrants arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation.

This article examines the main organizational and legal acts that laid the foundation for the Soviet state program for the elimination of illiteracy of the population and regulated this process in the period from 1918 to 1920. The author analyzes the specifics of Soviet sources of law of the period under consideration, examines their content and determines the stages of formation of the education system of adolescents and adults who did not possess skills at the time of the revolutionary events reading and writing.

In the work, based on the materials of the office of the Justice of the peace, archival sources and official statistical information, the law enforcement practice of the magistrates’ courts in cases of private prosecution, the termination of which was allowed in connection with the reconciliation of the parties, is analyzed.
