Trends in the development of legal education in the era of post global processes: conceptual analysis

The article examines the impact of various factors of a world political nature on the development of legal education in the modern world in general and in Russia in particular. The purpose of the article is to reveal the paradigmatic foundations of legal education, characteristic of the post-globalization era, which turned out to be associated with, and in many ways caused by, the current geopolitical crisis. Much attention is paid to the characteristics of the globalist paradigm of legal education, its advantages and disadvantages.

The features of the content and structure of the legal culture of a future teacher are revealed. The pedagogical techniques that contribute to the effective implementation of the principle of value orientation of educational material in the lecture (disclosure of the value-semantic context of legal knowledge and skills; reliance on life experience, creation of problem situations, inclusion of podcasts, demonstration of a personal positive attitude to educational material) are theoretically and experimentally substantiated.

Problems of determining legal capacity in the context of information systems development

The article analyzes the granting of legal capacity, in particular, to information and civil, information systems. On the basis of and in accordance with information and civil legislation, it is substantiated that any information system from a legal standpoint is not a subject of law, but is its object. It is shown that such a conclusion is also applicable to such a social phenomenon as artificial intelligence. The results obtained have important applications in training systems, in particular, distance learning (electronic).

In the article, the author draws attention to a number of gaps in legal regulation related to: 1) with the possibility of candidates for judicial positions to take the exam an unlimited number of times, as well as the need to counteract the unfair behavior of some of them; 2) with the repeated passing of the exam by a candidate who, by the time the decision on appointment is made, the validity period of the exam expires; 3) with the need to clarify the requirements for the type and level of education of candidates.
