The article reflects the results of the series of seminars and conferences “Languages of the Russian Federation nations in the General education system”, held in 2020. It presents the analysis of the students’ parents (legal representatives) participation in the development of the system of teaching native languages, presents proposals for overcoming their legal nihilism, developing parental education and increasing family motivation in learning native languages, and adults’ interest in the languages of the Russian Federation nations.

It is concluded that in 1917 the army was irrepressibly leveled, and Bolshevik sentiments were growing among the soldiers.

The authors of the article consider the multifaceted activities of state bodies and public organizations of the USSR in defending the right to host the Olympics 80 in Moscow. At the same time, the emphasis is placed on the efforts of the Soviet state to attract the world community to prevent boycotts and provocations based on aid to the Afghan people. The experience of skillful political actions to withdraw from the boycott of the historical event of the XXII Summer Olympic Games in 1980 in Moscow, as well as the international reaction to their holding and the results are studied.

Reflection of ideology in the documents of the CPSU on interethnic relations in the years of perestroika

The article considers the reflection of the Soviet ideology on the relations of the peoples of the USSR in the documents of the CPSU in 1985-1991. Based on the analysis of the historiography of the topic and sources, the problem of emasculating the meaning of the existence of a single multinational Soviet state is posed. Based on the materials of various Plenums and other party events, conclusions had been drawn about the lack of a constructive model of the future for the Soviet Union due to the dogmatization of Soviet ideology and the voluntary withdrawal of the CPSU from the political arena.
