Managing the process of forensic economic expertise

The paper substantiates the introduction of a new category into scientific circulation and into the practice of expert economic activity- “management of forensic economic expertise”, identifies the circumstances that led to the allocation of this category, presents the functions of managing forensic economic expertise, and distributes the functions of managing the process of forensic economic expertise by management levels, taking into account their relationship.

The question of the content of the concept of the object of the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare is considered. The characteristic is given to the main direct object of the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare and to the additional direct object. It has been determined that the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare is a socially dangerous unlawful act, the responsibility for which is provided for by the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and international treaties.

Methods of formation of communicative competence of students in higher educational institutions

The article presents the developed author’s methodology, which was tested at the Moscow State Regional University. The author identifies the reasons that determine the development of students’ communicative competence and describes the necessary methods to increase its level. The study found that the level of communicative competence largely depends on the creation of the necessary conditions for the professionalization of speech activity.

The article is devoted to improving the teaching of the disciplines “land law” and “environmental law” on the basis of an integrative approach. It is argued that modern lawyers, along with the acquisition of professional competence, should also have a set of other socially significant personal qualities. Examples of the use of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches in conducting classes on the courses “land law” and “environmental law”are given.

The article substantiates the simplification of the form and content of the indictment in connection with the adversarial nature of the current legal proceedings.
