Modern realities of the doctrine of crime in criminal law

The article examines the legal and doctrinal problems of understanding the signs of a crime as a central institution of criminal law. The author outlined the trends in the development of the doctrine of crime in the context of the global instrumentalization of criminal law and the unification of the legal systems of our time. Harm is the only measure of a crime, which, although it does not have a constant value, allows you to establish the boundaries of criminal law.

The article invites to a discussion on the content and legal regulation of accreditation of educational programs as a tool for assessing the quality of education in the context of the reform of control and supervisory activities. A systemic analysis of educational legislation allows us to establish a partial overlap between the subject of state accreditation and federal control. It is necessary to actively involve not only the state, but also individuals and society, including the professional community, in the processes of assessing the quality of education.

Criminal law norms with administrative prejudice were introduced into Chapter 27 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation relatively recently, however, there are conflicts when applying them. The authors of the scientific article emphasize the shortcomings in the normative regulation of individual articles of the chapter of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation under consideration, and justify the introduction of changes and additions to them that can help law enforcement officers in studying their legal nature, objective qualification of crimes, and proper investigation of criminal cases.

This article explores a pressing topic: the solidarity of European nations in the struggle for territorial and ideological space. During World War II, Europe considered armed aggression, hatred, and destruction the only means to achieve its goals of superiority over Russia. Belgian collaborationism, entangled in national discrimination and ethnic tensions, played a key role in the implementation of these methods. A description of the domestic political situation in Belgian society allows us to shed some light on the reasons for Belgium’s «special» participation in the «crusade» to the East.
