Аннотация / Annotation:
The system of continuing medical education provides it as mandatory for medical and pharmaceutical workers. On the level of income between the University and the student sign a contract defining and internships, and the period of mining in the region that are in need of this specialist. The student has the right to return to residency at the University where he received his education. This system determines the choice of training on budget, extra budgetary, grant or special contract set. Continuous training after graduation in the specialty should last throughout life.

The competitive capability of the public and the means of its possible increase are also covered. The text of the article is based upon results of the substantial analysis of scientific literature and various surveys and examinations.
