Career guidance work with pupils: problems and solutions

The article is devoted to the study of career guidance in schools of Moscow and Moscow region. The factors, influencing on the choice of students’ profession as well as the need for the career guidance in school from the perspective of high school students, their parents and teachers are identified. Typical flaws in the current process of career guidance are determinated, recommendations for its improvement are given.

The article is devoted to the study of career guidance in schools of Moscow and Moscow region. The main goals and stages of planning social processes in the enterprise are analyzed. It is noted that the priority objective of planning social processes is to use the opportunities and conditions for a full-fledged social activity of the employee.

Youth topics in the articles of Russian researchers: key trends and contradictions

With the help of the content-analysis of the titles of publications the modern scientific discourse concerning the younger generation is analyzed. On the basis of the sources collected in the Internet library «Kiberleninka», the distribution of works devoted to youth, by year, by gender of authors, by the level of magazines in which they are published is investigated. It is concluded that the problem-oriented discourse in relation to the younger generation, the dominance of rigid mechanisms of social management of youth transit are preserved.

One of the possible strategy of synthesis of training and education which is based on logoterapevticheskiy approach and assuming giving of activity of the doctrine of the existential sense interfaced to a romanticizing of cognitive activity is presented in article. Potentialities of the offered approach, the prospects of its application to the solution of problems of absence for pupils of informative motivation and existence at them of fear of educational activity reveal. Also in article experience of approbation of the stated ideas with use of information technologies is described.

Preparation of the sociologist in the modern patriotic high school

The training of a sociologist in a modern financial institution is analyzed. The empirical base of the research was made up of normative acts of state bodies, documents of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, statistical materials in special publications and periodicals; materials of sociological studies conducted in 2014-2017 by the author and educational and scientific sociological laboratory of the Department of sociology of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. It is shown that the effectiveness of training a sociologist in a modern financial institution depends more on the prestige of the social status of the University and the faculty. Prestige specialty sociologist determines the motivation of entering the University and the model of education, which affects the quality of education and the final number of graduates who have successfully mastered the professional role.

Prestige of the profession of an engineer in the representation of students

The motives of the choice of the profession of engineer representation of students about its prestige are analyzed. It is shown that this profession is in demand in the labor market, has good employment prospects. It is also noted that the prestige of the profession of engineer has to be raised to the level when its advantages over other professions become more obvious. In this process, a significant role is assigned to increase the prestige of higher engineering education.
