The purpose of state policy in a field of education is based on increasing accessiblity to education, which accords the needs of modernized economics. In the context of a current phase of development of the Russian Federation it means development of a modern system of continuous professional education and increasing of investment appeal of a sector of education.

Characteristics of active methods of university students’ training are considered. Great attention is paid to issues of social and psychological training, the main principle of which is an active position of each participant. A nature and classification of a training, basic types of exercises and procedures, phases of training, and others are represented. In description of various techniques a special attention is paid to a ‘feedback’ procedure, which includes expression of an opinion of each participant about the given lecture. It is concluded that inclusion of active forms of education such as psychological trainings into an educational process influences on professional and personal development of a future specialist.
