Consideration of educational process separately from management and technological context leads to distortions. The latter may become apparent in course of designing and forecasting future characteristics of graduates. Taking into consideration management and technological innovations introduced into organs of government the author examines various scenarios for the development of Russian higher education. Special emphasis is placed on an analysis of the Higher School consolidation scenarios.

The article analyzes the dynamics of life satisfaction of the Russian youth in the period from 1994 to 2014. Factors of influencing the transformation of this phenomenon. The authors consider the subjective assessment of satisfaction with life by young people as an essential indicator of the quality and efficiency of the state and public youth policy.

The article is devoted to the study of motives and structures of secondary employment of students and finding out its value for their professional self-determination. The factors of students’ academic cheating: view from regional university

In article the problems of academic chatting in the system of higher education are considered. Factors of corruption and unethical behavior are analyzed. Author analyzes three groups of factors of academic cheating: institutional, individual and contextual. The results of students survey in Udmurt State University, and based in its results factors of academic cheating are presented. Most extended forms of misconduct are using crib notes or cheat notes on exams (80%) and copying from another student on a test or exam (76%). More then half of students use plagiarism. Students studying social sciences, male students, fee-paying students, students with low academic results are more disposed to academic cheating. Most influential subjective factor connected with cheating is orientation to learning.

On the basis of departmental statistics the article thoroughly covered the training of foreign citizens in the universities of the Republic of Tatarstan, including the dynamics of their population over the last 10 years. Are considered full-time and correspondence forms of training, basic academic program and study by foreigners specialty. Analyzed and the composition of foreign students by country of origin. Data on personnel training for foreign countries in the Republic are presented in comparison with the Russian. Given the calculations on revenues generated from tuition for foreigners in the Republic of Tatarstan. The conclusion presents the results of a survey of foreign students conducted in Tatarstan in 2015, primarily illustrating the motives of their choice of universities, the main problems they faced in the first days and months after arrival, satisfaction with the quality of education and household living conditions. Are and key feedback from respondents to the administrations of universities.
