The article deals with the problem of correlation between education and education. The emphasis is on the need to avoid a clear sociological interpretation of education as a social institution. At the same time, education is understood as a value-semantic complex of a person, which to the greatest extent contributes to the formation of the human value world. Accessibility of education services as an indicator of social equity in society
