EDUCATION IN A CENTURY OF SOCIAL TURBULENCES (Round Table, Part Two)

Аннотация / Annotation:
There were ‘Sorokinskie Readings’ on a topic ‘Global Social Turbulence and Russia’ in December 6–7, in Moscow State University; social turbulence is proved by events on the second decade of 21st. One of key factors effecting on this turbulence is a level of education as a factor of high quality of life. Related problems were discussed during a round table, the chair of which was a head of Organizational and Program Committees, Dean of the Faculty of Sociology of Moscow State University, President of the Russian Sociological Association V.I. Dobren’kov. The materials for the round table were prepared by I.E. Zadorozhnyuk, Doctor of Sociology (MUH), and V.V. Zyryanov, PhD in Economics (Moscow State University).

Increasing a share of students not speaking a native language of a country of residence and not associated themselves with its culture is followed by decreasing quality of educational services and stimulates state educational systems to implement various adaptation and integration programs. This approach accords to the requirements of a global program ‘Education for Everybody’ and international legal documents for granting equal access to education for all categories of population. Experience of using such a system of education in Moscow is represented as one of ways to solve a problem within this context.

Quantitative principles of vivid Russian language arising in modern texts based on texts about MUH in Internet are analyzed by using methods of linguistic statistics and a content analysis. This research enables to set and prove a hypothesis that authors of positive information of MUH has higher level of education and positive live settings.
