Characteristics of educational process in Ethnic School

The article presents the results of a study of demand for ethnic education. Investigation concerns an urban school which has a program of Udmurt language and culture. The questionnaire indicates basic characteristics by which parents appreciate the ethnic school. The research results draw that parents support the existence of ethnic school. However they evaluate the quality of education in terms of general characteristics, such as exam scores and a good knowledge of the children.

Conflict as a factor manifestations ressentiment

At the present stage of development of the Russian society, we are seeing a growing problem of interpersonal relations «teacher – student». During the study of this problem, we have identified factors that influence the emergence of conflict situations, which eventually lead to the formation of the state ressentiment. Problem analysis showed that in the course of the protracted conflict situation, there is an accumulation of negative emotions: anger, hatred, hostility, revenge, which leads to the emergence ressentiment. In conclusion of the study, we suggest a way out of this situation.
