Social technology management of the transition to non-linear model of higher education in the russian macro-region

The purpose of the article is to consider the social management technologies transition to the non-linear model of higher education in the macroregion on the basis of sociological research. The authors propose a theoretical interpretation of the concepts of social management technologies in higher education and its nonlinear model. Show the results carried out with their participation, empirical research possibilities of transition to a non-linear model of the higher school in the Urals macro-region and forming the demand universities social management technologies.

The urgency of searching for a new paradigm for researching knowledge management technologies in the general education system is determined by the problems and prospects for the development of pedagogical science, management, and the need to ensure conditions for modernization development in unfavorable external conditions, when it is impossible to abandon the development of the knowledge economy and high technologies, the formation of an industrial age, to continuous individualized education, closely related to fundamental science and eredovoy practice.

Mechanisms of parents’ influence on the child profession choice

The article presents theoretical approaches to revealing the peculiarities of parental influence. The materials of sociological research conducted by the Institute of Agrarian Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2017 show the influence of family and parental characteristics on the choice of profession by children. Differentiation of parental influence in families of different types is empirically proven. The results of the research contribute to the activation of opportunities for parental influence in the process of professional self-determination of young people.

In this study we investigated the graduates “search” behavior at the labor market. Readiness for employment it is considered in the context of research of practices of interaction with labor intermediaries. It is shown that graduates have basic knowledge about job searching channels, but it is founded a low confidence level to university’s and government’s agencies.

In the article, based on the results of a representative sociological survey, the place of education in the system of values and vital priorities of Russians is explored. A theoretical and methodological basis is a set of provisions, emphasizing the importance of individual preferences students and the practical feasibility of education. It is concluded that the value of education is largely determined by the participation of the population in various practices of formal and non-formal education.

It allowed to formulate a number of methodological principles in the study of trust in higher education: to study the level of trust of all subjects of higher education; the degree of trust; expectations and immediate actions of the subjects of trust; reasons and a wide range of factors affecting the level of trust. The author concludes that it is necessary to use a mixed strategy of research in the process of trust analysis.

Author`s conception is given based on the analysis of different approaches to the definition of the media space of the university. The author reveals the main directions of formation of a new type of media space of the university. The article concludes the formation of information society transforms the universities` media space making a transition from information accessibility model to socio-information accessibility one, from position of “reader” to “creator” of information content.
