The purpose of the paper is to show important characteristics of child and adolescent volunteering. The results of an empirical research of this developing in the Urals megalopolis are presented. Case presents social impact assessments of the type of volunteer movement under consideration at levels for the local community, organizations and young volunteers themselves. In the course of interviews with leaders of the volunteer movement, the educational potential of this volunteering have been investigated.

The article presents a forecast for the next 5 years in the field of development of inclusive education in Moscow. The main tendencies of the present stage of introduction of inclusion in mass general schools are revealed. Possible problems in the future are formulated, scenarios for the development of general and correctional education under new conditions are described. A range of recommendations for the further implementation of inclusion is indicated. The forecast was implemented by the Monitoring Research Department at the MSUPE (Moscow State University of Psychology & Education).
