Setting of different sizes of grants for first-year and last-year students because the last-year students usually work and have wages can be a detonator for provoking unsatisfaction among people being main actors in modernization. It is necessary to provide special abilities for students in order to satisfy their professional and social needs including need in self-actualization.

Experience of application of innovative practices of combination of traditional didactic forms of a system of higher professional education of the State Academic University for Humane Sciences (GAUGN) with practices of scientific and research activity of the Center for Sociology of Management and Social Technologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences is represented. Integration focuses on development of competences and providing skills and knowledge of GAUGN students in a special field and their motivation. As an example there is a fragment of real inclusion of the last into a process of collecting, analyzing and aggregating data in an academic research by using interactive services and specialized software products.

Educational Capital Formation in Labor for Young Employees

There is shown the process of the educational resources’ accumulation by young workers which is based on the data of the sociological research young workers’ educational and professional trajectories who are employed in industrial enterprises in 13 regions of Russian. The results of the research demonstrate: the accumulated educational resource (effects of the use of different forms of instruction, training, education during the professional trajectory jointly the educational capital amassed before a start work) exercises a direct influence on a reached level of one`s qualifications and rate of wages.

The results of an analysis of employment of graduates of Moscow universities – grant holders of the Government of Moscow are represented in the article. An analysis is based on materials of a sociological questionnaire of graduates, showing the results of employement, satisfaction of a career, their dependence on success of university graduation, faculties, and a region of employment. Career profile of Moscow Government’s grant holders is set.

Students having low and medium level of intere-thnic tolerance in evaluation components of intercultural competences choose the qualities that less dependent from activity of a human being trasnferring responsibility for quality of intercultural dialog to the other party and casual factors. Also students having high level of inter-ethnic tolerance choose those qualities that enable a human being to be active constructor of intercultural dialog and to feel responsibility for this.
