Theoretical basis of the concept of the educational communities dynamic in conditions of social uncertainty

The article considers the main types of educational communities – students and teachers – through the prism of nonlinear dynamic of their changes in social uncertainty conditions of modern Russian society. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics and contradictions of this dynamic are showed. Attention is drawn to the crisis of educational communities. Examines the influence of megalopolis for life strategies and trajectories of their development. Given the interpretation of the basic scientific approaches to the study of the dynamic of educational communities.

Examines in detail aspects of scientific, organizational and pedagogical factors, procedures and criteria for the development and efficiency of the Institute of doctoral studies of the European Union on the example of its functioning in Latvia at Daugavpils University, where the authors studied and worked. Separate aspects of a similar factors, procedures and criteria for the development of the Institute of postgraduate studies in Russia. According to the research results the conclusions about the directions of improvement of training of highly qualified personnel in Russia, using separate positive elements of the European experience in this field.

This article focuses on the stages of development of different scientific schools engaged in the sphere of sociology of education in Russia. The article also analyses goals and results of the scientific researches that have been carrying out since the beginning of the 20th century. This paper is a brief summary of the history of Russian sociological science in the field of education. The history of Russian sociology of education consists of many milestones that made Leningrad, Sverdlovsk, Novosibirsk and Moscow scientific schools known all over the country. The article is an attempt to trace the development of sociology of education from the Russian Empire up to the Russian Federation.

Positive emotions as a component of speech manipulation in educational process

An important role in the educational process is the creation of a positive emotional spirit among students. This facilitates the use of different methods of verbal manipulation that cause students’ positive emotions, positive emotions because it helps to create an atmosphere of trust, a student to communicate, to interact with the teacher in the conditions of educational activities and increase the level of motivation. The purpose of this article is to reveal the specifics of verbal manipulation based on the verbalization of positive emotions in the pedagogical process and to determine their impact on the motivation of students.
