This article presents the results of the authorial research, conducted among teachers in order to study the social interaction of the subjects of the educational process. One of the tasks of the study was to study the relationship of teachers with colleagues. Interaction of teachers with each other, with the school administration is one of the important factors in the dynamics of the educational process. Teachers need to build trust, understand conflict resolution methods and avoid them.

The article analyzes the transformation of the regional system of higher pedagogical education in Kuzbass. It is concluded that the reorganization of the first pedagogical University of the region in 2014 based on the results of monitoring the effectiveness of universities leads to institutional dysfunction. The negative consequences of the reorganization become systemic and increase the personnel risks of the region, where the problems of modernization of single-industry towns are acute.

The article gives an overview of the main features and dynamics of professional motivation of the sociology students of MSLU. The analysis of the empirical data of the annual monitoring of the sociology students, resulted in revealing the tendencies of development of educational and professional motivation of students and also the orientation of the main motives of the choice of profession. The comparative analysis of professional motivation of the sociology students of various levels of training (bachelors, specialists, masters) and different higher education institutions is carried out. Types of students sociologists depending on expressiveness of their professional motivation are distinguished.
