Аннотация / Annotation:
An analysis of a reform of Russian education within the context of a process of cultural transformation is proposed. A phenomenon of ‘modernization’ of Russian education taking into account those social and cultural conditions, in which it exists. Also a problem of inclusion of a state into processes related to functioining of the whole system of Russian education is analyzed. Great attention is paid to problems arising together with implmentation of the unified state examination in Russia and inclusion of Russia into the Bologna Process. All conclusions are supported by statistical data from other European countries involved in these processes too.

First of all it is made for special target group inside a company, or branch specialists; and there is a unified strategy of development, which is based on continuous professional training and retraining. Corporate education is out of state control and it is one of main factors of labor migration.
