The goal of the article is to examine the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to the study of nonlinear model of higher education in the region. Characterized the theoretical arsenal of general and special sociological theories used for the study of non-linearity in the field of higher education. Showed the main features of non-linearity and their specific phenomenon in higher education. It is proposed to study the non-linear methodological strategy of higher education, particularly stands out in a number of different methods of an expert panel and emphasizing the importance of the expert community. We present also a typology of experts.

It interprets such categories as «communality», «communal individual», «cell of the communal society» in accordance with their application within sociology of education. The problem of adaptation of post-non-classical scientific content of education to peculiarities of ordinary knowledge is especially acute. The article is devoted to reflection on peculiarities of ordinary and scientific knowledge in the process of education such as semantic variativity, new temporality, dialogism and humanization of thinking of a student. Interconnection of ordinary and scientific knowledge is analyzed throught two semantic paths: «traditional-modern», «classical − non-classical − post-non-classical».

The article describes one of the most important aspects of social integration of children with disabilities – provision of accessibility of supplementary education (SE), which often is the only institution of socialization of children with disabilities. On the basis of a questionnaire survey of parents of children with disabilities of 10 subjects of the Russian Federation (1045 respondents) authors identified non availability of SE organizations, their territorial and engineering and architectural inaccessibility to certain groups of children, as well as the lack of specialized personnel in the field of SE. As the latter will develop, as well as adapted educational programs will be elaborated along with comprehensive measures authors suggest that accessibility of SE for children with special needs will be improved.

At the same time, education is condition and factor in ensuring and strengthening the safety of society, of its groups and individuals. The article presents the concept of formation of transdisciplinary research and educational system of continuous training «school – university – enterprise». It was shown an organic link between the state of education sector and the level of national security.
