Аннотация / Annotation:
Main issues of humane students’ training in engineering-technical higher educational institutions are shown. It is stated that development of humane knowledge in training engineers and technicians produces objective backgrounds for harmonization of natural and social conditions through special combination of technical-technological and humane education, invention skills and engineering creativity. Authors show importance of objective social support of professional activity of scientific-technical elite of modern society with a humane component.

A place of Russia on international market of education (its third level, first of all), situation with foreign citizens’ education and training in the past 20 years, and main parameters of staff training for foreign countries are characterized. Further growth of a number of foreign citizens studying in Russian higher educational institutions through distance technologies is forecasted. Many natives from Russian-speaking families in the countries of the CIS have no chance to get education in Russian language in the country of their residence and come to Russia stimulating this growth.

Results of studies on national identity change of the modern universities students on the example of Russain and Taiwanese students are presented in the current article. Retrospective approach to the analoguese studies in Russia and Taiwan and methodological approach to studying identity in virtualized spaces are described. Shortened description of pilot text-mining results are also presented in the article.

Methods of Influence on Deviant Behavior of Students (by materials of an expert questionnaire)

Main methods of effect on deviant behavior of students are set on the basis of an analysis of the results of an expert questionnaire. It is stated that a series of categories in determining deviant behavior (first of all for ‘positive deviant behavior’) are instruments and should be set correctly. A rating of social factors in a degree of their influence on effectiveness of modalities of deviant behavior of the youth in a large city is given.

Cognitive Structures of Justification of Corruption in Consciousness of Students from Regional Universities

Metaphors existing in consciousness of students from regional universities enabling them to justify themselves in a potential corruption situation are described. The author proposes a hierarchy model including some levels of antropomorphous and sociomorphous metaphors, that are a source of corruption behavior of young people. The article is based on data got in an experimental sociological research conducted in Kostroma-city among students of three state universities. As a main method of research there is a cognitive analysis of metaphors.
