Based on these studies highlighted the various types of stereotypes (gender, religious, age, etc.). As discusses negative anotherentity, which are divided into autogenerateschema and heterostereotypes, characterized by their role in the sociological organization of educational processes. Preparation of experts of analytical habit of thought for industrial companies

Principles of the competence approach to preparation of experts of analytical habit of thought for innovative production are considered in the article based on the results of all-Russian research aggregated by means of the multidimensional statistical factor analysis. Also sources of recruitment of highly skilled experts by the leading companies, expert estimation of efficiency of work in the companies carried out by students, post-graduate students of higher education institutions and young experts as well as of additional engineering education.

Migration of Russian Intellectuals in Academic and University Environment

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article, based on the statistical analysis and the results of sociological research conducted by the supervision of the authors of the article in the Center for Social Forecasting and Marketing in years 2005–2014, focuses on the problems of migration and “brain drain” from Russia. The process causing a considerable damage to the Russian economy is exemplified in the form of external emigration of scientists and university professors to the more economically developed countries, and in the form of internal migration, when researchers and intellectuals change science for business and commerce. The authors view the following as urgent: creating better working conditions for Russian researchers, academic production ramp-up demanded by domestic producers, establishment of non-state funds to support science with the profit received by economic monopolies.

New governmental management and employment policy in the educational systems of the OECD member countries: experience for Russia

The article presents the specific aspects of the activity of the teachers in the Organization for European Economic Co-operation member countries (OECD) in the course of reforms, which pursue the policy of the New governmental management. Through the OECD surveys the factors were found out which influence the recruitment of teachers and their professional development, such as motivation, the feedback mechanism and the provisioning of the educational process. The author analyses the two-level measures of the employment policy, which are applied in the case where the difficulties of teachers’ employment are connected with a certain subject or school.
