Professional Sociological Education and Support of an Innovative Challenge within a System of Education

Аннотация / Annotation:
Trends of development of sociological education including developments in a field of sociology of education are analyzed in the article. According to forecasts private educational institutions will be moved to a sphere of informal and out-of-system supplementary education and will be integrated into new spheres of social dimension and will create an innovative educational environment. It will react on changing market needs and form by and by a self-regulating system of professional training and retraining and employment of economic actively population. Non-state universities and institutions of DPO will support direct relations with enterprises-employers, trade unions, associations, and corporate communities. It enables to survive in competitions for a central actor of education such as a student.

Its materials show tasks of development of higher education targeted on breakthrough in this sphere including development of university scientific and educational and engineering centers. National IQ as a Factor of Educational Achievements of a Country

Relation between educational achievements and intelligent and social-economic conditions on a labor market on country level is analyzed. Special correlation of intelligence with educational achievements under control over social and economic conditions is higher than special correlation of social and economic conditions with educational achievements under control of intelligence. It means that intelligence takes a great part in determination of educational achievements on a country level.

The University Idea in Works of A.A. Borovoy

A concept of the University in works of a Russian Scientist and Philosopher A.A. Borovoy (1875–1935) is investigated on the basis of achieve sources (memories, diaries, articles). It is shown their actuality and relation with ideas of ‘students’ syndicalism’ in 1960ies. Great attention is paid to ideas of self-government, autonomy and de-bureaucratization of the University, critics of technochratism, and projects of development of a unified and creative personality. A sociological portrait of Moscow state University in 1894-1922 is given on the basis of works of A.A. Borovoy.
