Professional symbolize as a component of educational practice (sociological study)

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article presents the methodological tools and the results of investigations of professional symbolize teachers in communities (researchers) and students at universities. The theoretical basis for the sociological study – understanding of the content of professionalization as a social phenomenon and sociological interpretation of “the symbol”. The results of the study reveal the content of the factors and conditions which have influence on professional self-determination, professional identity, and also show the level of knowledge respondents in professional symbols of the future (present) professional activities. The conclusions and generalizations are reflected answers to pressing questions of individual professionalism and also are examined the ways of improving educational practices in the field of professional training.

The 14-th Interuniversity scientific and practical conference among experts in sociology of education was held from 15 to 16 April 2013 in «MATI – Russian State Technological University named K.E. Tsiolkovsky» (MATI). The problems of the role of the cycle of humanitarian and socio-economic disciplines in employment of graduates and development of their professional career; and problems of innovations and traditions in the training of graduates; the use of information technologies in training graduates were discussed.

The main task of the educational system of indigenous peoples as enshrined in the “Principles of State Policy of the Russian Federation in the Arctic up to 2020 and Beyond” (2008), is a search for new forms of training and education of students with regard to their psycho-physiological characteristics, preparation for life, including mastering modern skills in conjunction with the full preservation methods of living in extreme climatic conditions. These forms need to be fully ensure, from the financial, economic and scientific-methodical finishing, including psychological support and sociological monitoring in the contours of the emerging scientific field – Sociology of the North.

Results of a sociological research of graduates of 2000-2003 years in Moscow for talented children and high school pupils who have graduated a school in 2012 are represented. Influence of various factors (social, economic, psychological, political, etc.) on building life scenarios and implementation of life styles by talented youth is investigated within the frameworks of a research. Results of an analysis of influence of various factors in a field of development of a setting for goint/not going abroad (including various targets such as education, work, residence) are given in the article.
