The tasks set by the Bologna Process are more complex and difficult then it was planned. The purpose in making European higher education attractive and able to compete with American one is far from achievement. There is reproportion in favor of Europe: earlier each forth foreign student studied in America, now only each fifth student study there. But this change is based not on the Bologna Process success but on decreasing a level of education in the USA on external reasons.

In June 18, 2010 the symposium related to issues of formation, functioning and development of social and technological culture of future specialists, in which leading representatives of Russian sociology took part, was conducted in Belgorod State University. The organizer was a Doctor of Sociology, Rector of the University L.Ya. Dyatchenko, who has stated that since September 15, 2009, the first Round Table on the Problem, the University became one of 29 national scientific and research universities in Russia. Participants-sociologists accepted that research of new social technologies and their theoretical documentation and scientific and research application was very important process. Material was prepared by Doctor of Philosophy V.P. Babintsev and Doctor of Philosophy I.E. Zadorozhnyuk (the Modern University for the Humanities).

Specifics of students’ knowledge on productivity of conflicts are characterized; a level of mastering of their psychological components by representatives of this social group is determined. Preferences of a position of an observer by the majority of people and a choice of passive behavior in a conflict situation are represented. It is shown that caution in determining of causes of conflicts is demonstrated rather than implemented. It is proposed to study conflict resolution as a special discipline and an element of other disciplines overcoming a doubtful idea of destructiveness of conflicts.
