The factors youth extremism and its prevention in the education

Аннотация / Annotation:
This paper outlines the common theoretical approaches of the phenomenon of youth extremism. The theoretical description of the factors of extremism is compared with the opinion of experts in the field of its prevention in the education. It was revealed the failure of the views about leading role of forming extremist behavior by ideology. Some approaches of extremism prevention in educational institutions have been presented.

The scientific and practical conference dedicated to 120th anniversary of the birth of V.N. Myasishchev as a founder of scientific direction of psychology of relations was conducted in July 10–13, 2013. There was a round table covering a potential of psychology of relations in processes of optimization of an educational environment. Psychologists, sociologists, philosophers, and specialists of education took part there. The chairman was the head of the Organizational Committee of the Conference V.A. Zobkov.

Now labor education of a new generation is a complex process because of low motivation to work. There is deficit of systematic special propaganda of high-qualified labor from representatives of workers. An author considers a relation of main actors of educational activity to contents and organization of labor education in educational institutions of Moscow-city on the basis of an analysis of results of a field sociological research.

The article covers an analysis of codification of a professional field and determination of regulatory frameworks of such a group as social teachers in modern Russian school. Great attention is paid to description of state regulation of a profession (regulatory basis, standards, certificates), an ethic code, and its utilization. Also there are results of an investigative phase of a research (deep interviews) enabling to make a conclusion of motives of the given group in its activity: using moral rules or formal codes; also we can describe dynamics of existance and partnership in professional associations and unions.

The influence of national business education paradigm on business practices and innovative potential of the country, prospects of changing in national project of managers’ education in Russia and the choice of the vector in teaching ‘Methods of investigation in management» course for faculties of economics and management in federal research university according new educational standard are discussed in the article. On materials of approbation of the course authors show collisions and dilemmas of combination public policy priorities in higher professional education and interests of other stakeholders in curriculum process.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the regional project of organization of the network of the municipal centers of vocational guidance in 2011–2013. Realization of the project contributed to the development of career guidance activities in the Irkutsk region. In 2013 outside the project and regardless of the financing of the regional budget, career centers appeared in 28 municipal districts. An important result of the implementation of the project is the rise of the attention and the level of responsibility of the youth to professional planning.
