On the basis of research of trends of progress of control in a context of modern concepts about scientific rationality (classical, nonclassical and postnonclassical) the urgency of perfection of mechanisms of control by area of education as the self-developing environments is proved. Control of complexity and modern approaches to democratic mechanisms, ethical aspects and starting technologies for the organization of self-developing environments in education are considered.
