Аннотация / Annotation:
The foregoing educational system tried to create a personality of a creative type; a transfer to a ‘consuming human being’ in Russia aggrevates an ability to implement a model of ‘overtaking development’ in a sphere of production and also innovative development. Modern state of institutions of soicialization doesn’t fit with general tasks of such development, and it decreases competitive ability of a country in conditions of globalization. We need measures for support successive state policy for the youth.

Increasing a Level of Social and Technological Culture of a Modern Specialist (Materials of the Round Table)

The workshop with participation of leading representatives of Russian sociology was conducted in June 16, 2011 in Belgorod State University (BSU), where methods of increasing a level of social and technological culture of specialists were considered. L.Ya. Dyatchenko rector of BSU led the round table, and scientists, who took part in it, focused on studying new social technologies and implementing their results in practice of management. The materials prepared by PhD V.P. Babintsev (BSU) and PhD I.E. Zadorozhnyuk (The Modern University for teh Humanities).
