Important specifics of post-industrial society are total demand for higher education. It can not follow the demand and its quick growth influences on quality of higher education. But a number of good universities in Russia is on the same level as 20 years ago; also there are new leaders. We have ability to teach more than 30-40% school graduates as in the epoch of developed socialism, and about 100% of school graduates try to enter universities. Modern education becomes less and less traditional one as a passive listening and passing exams; information and communication technologies develops increasing quality of human capital.

Contradictions of development of postgraduate studies when on one side posgraduate studies are prestige studies in Russia, but on the other side they are not in demand in Russian economy that low demand for high-qualified specialists demonstrates. It makes a research is actual one in a field of competitive ability of postgraduates studies graduate on a market of high-qualified market on various levels from to all-Russian. Sociological researches enables to set demand on graduates of postgraduate studies of a special university and influence of various factors on a market of qualified labor and develop practical recommendations for improving quality of graduates’ training at this university.
