Social well-being of the teachers as a sociological problem

Аннотация / Annotation:
Article proves interdependence and considerable crossing area of higher educational institution organizational culture and educational process. Authors offer the original technique of assessment of efficiency of educational work in higher education institution – the valuable and competence-based parallelepiped (VCP). VCP represents crossing of the directions and forms of educational work, and also the number of the common cultural competences chosen as universal in educational process. Formula of calculation of efficiency of forms (events) of educational work and questionnaire for experts receives justification. The organizational structure of the system of sociological monitoring of quality of educational work in higher educational institution is presented.

Sociological monitoring functional content of curator’s activity at university

In the article considered changes of the functional content of the curator’s activities at the higher education system. The authors put forward the thesis of the need for a reorientation of the curators from the control on the social and educational function, as well as work on the organization of the research activities of students. Based on the results of sociological monitoring, regularly held in Belgorod State National Research University demonstrated that the process of redistribution of functional curatorial activities in the active phase.
