Stages of development of Russian sociological education are described; innovations related to necessity of its further development are characterized. Necessity of training of a sociologist throughout all social and human sciences is subscribed. It is stated that mastering of sociological knowledge through skills to use them analyzing real, actual, serious and complex problems of social life of a society.

A round table, where problems of formation, functioning and development of social and technological culture of future specialists in all ways of training with participation of well-known representatives of Russian sociological sciences, was conducted in Belgorod State University (BGU) on September 15, 2009. The Organizer of the Round Table, L.Ya. Dyatchenko, Doctor of Sociology and Rector of BSU got the diploma of the Honored Professor of the Faculty of Sociology of Moscow State University. All specialists, who took part in his work, supported the idea of practice of such discussions and spreading of a format of a round table. The material was prepared by Doctor of Philosophy V.P. Babintsev and Doctor of Philosophy I.E. Zadorozhnyuk (the Modern University for the Humanities).

In this article considered opportunity of institutional approach for study of assessing the quality of education. Assessing the quality of education can be based on different legitimate models of education quality, which function as concepts of control and change the mechanisms and rules of assessment. From a different standpoint assessing the quality of education can be considered as the system of authority distribution in organization and it is possible to stay the correspondence between the position of actor in organization structure and the models of assessing the quality, there is much to gain from it to reproduce. In the article also considered the contradictions which arise between the different models of assessing the quality of education.

Interaction between business-activity of a company and its social responsibility is analyzed; interdependence of basic elements of corporate social responsibility is considered. The process of integration of a positive foreign experience of state regulation for social responsibility of business is represented. The great attention is paid to deep studying of national characteristics of Russian practice of implementation of a concept of corporate social responsibility, and a series of problems affecting on implementation of its principles are shown.

Sociological studies focusing on additional training of physicians (pharmacists) for educational practice were performed in the Sechenov Moscow medical academy. Specifics of higher medical education were taken into account and the portrait of ideal tutor, active educational forms and pedagogic technologies were investigated. Some data is presented dynamically by year. The data obtained confirms that additional educational training of physicians plays an important role in the improvement of educational space of medical university and this data is used to create practical recommendations.
