Anomia in Russia as a social illness, which is not compartible with development of a society, is represented in the article. Not always obligatoriness of obeying the rules or development of new constitutional rules is not recognized in a society because of its chaotic development in last twenty years. There are many real possibilities to increase its effectiveness, related to high level of population’s literacy. Russian system of education should support training of high-level professionals and productively influence on development of social consciousness. As the analysis shows, in case of a paradigm changes, all real possibilities to minimize anomia exist.

The article analyses institutional barriers that constantly hinder society’s efforts to form healthy lifestyle in the younger generations in contemporary Russia and, consequently, decrease the youth’s health potential. Author generalizes research data and concludes that failure to form it is caused by several factors: underestimation of social quality and the lifestyle of youth, absence of a state-developed concept of the population’s healthy lifestyle, the lack of inter-institutional approach towards youth’s health socialization. Article reviews a set of contradictions that precondition the future of forming healthier generations in Russia.
