Reasons of mismatch of status positions of young scientists and researchers are considered, specifics of their social status depending on availability of various forms of capital (educational, power, economic one, etc.) are analyzed. A degree of status inconsistency/crystallization depending on a ratio between a level of education and income of young scientists, and influence of status mismatch on professional behavior in particular on innovative activity are assessed.

The 2nd All-Russian Festival of School Teachers and Specialists in a Sphere of Education was conducted in August 17-20, 2011 in Elabuga-city; more than 200 specialists took part there. The key component of the event was a discussion of a social and technological project “New Generation Teacher’, which had been implementing in Tatarstan and other regions of the Russian Federation. Participation of sociologists and psychologists made the event a scientific conference. New methods of professional teachers’ training, fulfillment of education with achievements of social sciences and qualitative forms of increasing of school and university teachers’ professionalism were discussed. The round table was conducted by Vice-rector EPGU E.E. Merzon, materials was conducted by L.B. Bubekova and A.A. Degotkov.
