The Innovative way of development offers a new way of interaction between academic institutions, think tanks, research units, educational facilities and production enterprises, banks and other institutions of real economics. The subject of this interaction is supposed to be the modern convergency technologies. They announce the new rules of the Game. In the meanwhile, gradually, the new technocratic trend is performed in this area.

The article offers the analysis of negative experience of communication in terms of overcoming the so-called “survivorship bias”, i.e. disregarding the actions that lead to failure. The author distinguishes two types of fatal errors in communicative projects – in goal setting and in defining the target audience, and he connects these errors with common perception of the communication process.
