Редакция принимает оригинальные статьи, соответствующие тематическому направлению журнала, которые содержат элементы новизны, имеют научную и практическую значимость для образовательной (воспитание и обучение) и научно-исследовательской деятельности, подготовлены специально для публикации в журнале «Экономика образования».

Правила направления, рецензирования и опубликования научных статей

Статьи направляются по электронной почте на адрес, указанный в журнале и на сайте.
Все научные статьи, поступившие в редакцию журнала, обязательно рецензируются.
Редактор определяет соответствие статьи профилю журнала, требованиям к оформлению и направляет ее на рецензирование специалисту, доктору или кандидату наук, имеющему соответствующую научную специальность.
Сроки рецензирования в каждом случае определяются с учетом создания условий для оперативной публикации статьи. Максимальный срок рассмотрения 14 рабочих дней.
Рецензирование проводится конфиденциально.
Рецензент рекомендует, рекомендует с учетом исправления отмеченных недостатков или не рекомендует статью к публикации в журнале.
Если рецензент рекомендует статью с учетом исправления отмеченных недостатков, то редактор направляет автору предложение о доработке статьи с указанием конкретных замечаний. Доработанная (переработанная) автором статья повторно направляется на рецензирование.
Статья, не рекомендованная рецензентом к публикации, к повторному рассмотрению не принимается. Автору по электронной почте направляется мотивированный отказ.
Решение о целесообразности публикации статьи принимается на заседании редколлегии журнала и фиксируется в протоколе заседания редколлегии.
После принятия редколлегией положительного решения о публикации редактор информирует автора о примерных ее сроках.
Сроки публикации устанавливаются в соответствии с очередностью поступления статей в редакцию, наполненностью редакторского портфеля и тематических рубрик, актуальностью представленного материала, а также направленностью очередных выпусков журнала.
Редакция журнала направляет авторам представленных материалов копии рецензий или мотивированный отказ. Редакция журнала «Право и образование» направляет копии рецензий в Министерство образования и науки Российской Федерации при поступлении в редакцию соответствующего запроса.
Оригиналы рецензий хранятся в редакции в течение пяти лет.

The rules for submitting, reviewing, and publishing scientific articles

Articles are sent by e-mail to the address indicated in the journal and on the website.
All scientific articles received by the editors of the journal are necessarily reviewed.
The editor determines the compliance of the article with the profile of the journal, the requirements for registration and sends it for review to a specialist, doctor or candidate of science, who has the appropriate scientific specialty.
The terms of reviewing in each case are determined taking into account the creation of conditions for the prompt publication of the article. The maximum processing time is 14 business days.
Reviewing is carried out confidentially.
The reviewer recommends, recommends, taking into account the correction of the noted shortcomings, or does not recommend the article for publication in the journal.
If the reviewer recommends the article, taking into account the correction of the noted shortcomings, then the responsible editor sends the author a proposal to improve the article, indicating specific comments. The article modified (revised) by the author is re-sent for review.
An article not recommended by the reviewer for publication is not accepted for re-consideration. A reasoned refusal is sent to the author by e-mail.
The decision on the advisability of publishing an article is made at a meeting of the editorial board of the journal and recorded in the minutes of the meeting of the editorial board.
After the editorial board makes a positive decision on the publication, the editor informs the author about its approximate dates.
The terms of publication are set in accordance with the order in which articles are received by the editorial board, the content of the editorial portfolio and thematic headings, the relevance of the material presented, as well as the direction of the next issues of the journal.
The editors of the journal send copies of reviews or a reasoned refusal to the authors of the submitted materials. The editors of the journal «Law and Education» send copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request by the editors.
Original reviews are kept in the editorial office for five years.
